For 2023 there are some changes to improve the booking procedure for rallies.

There is a NEW booking form in the 2023 rally book, and this should be used to book rallies NOT the older versions, this has up to date terms & conditions

when you have filled in the form, post or email your booking slips to the appropriate Rally Marshals.  Alternatively, fill in the slip, take a photo and email.

Please note that you can send your booking slips off at any time after you receive your Rally Book, by post or email. Rally Marshals will acknowledge your application by email or by text, if the member has no email.
Rally Marshals will not assign places for the rally until 1st February 2023. On that day they will count the total number of applications received, whether by post or email. If there are more applications than places available, and no more places can be added to the rally due to the size of the site, then all names will "go into a hat" and be drawn out until all the available places are allocated. The first name after the rally is full will be the first on the waiting list. Any applications for rallies received later than 1st February will be acknowledged, and a place will be allocated if there is a space on the Rally.
